We typically process orders within 10 business days, excluding holidays. Custom orders are typically processed within 15 business days. We'll contact you if we foresee any delays in the processing or shipping date of your order.
All orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or email
thefolks@hoistandhalyard.com to confirm your order went through.
If you need any assistance after you've placed your order, please contact us right away. We won't be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped.
We ship in cardboard mailing tubes via UPS, with a choice at checkout of either Ground or 3-Day Select. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number for your package. Please note: your package may not be trackable for the first 24 hours.
Once we ship your order, the delivery date is out of our control. Unfortunately, UPS can't give us any more detail than what's shown in your tracking link. We are not responsible for shipping delays that we did not cause.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
