DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We typically process orders within 10 business days (excluding holidays), then ship 2-3 business days later. Custom orders are typically processed within 15 business days, then shipped 2-3 business days later. We'll contact you if we foresee any delays in the processing and/or shipping of your order.

All orders will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or email thefolks@hoistandhalyard.com to confirm your order went through.

If you need any assistance after you've placed your order, please contact us right away. We won't be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped.

We ship in cardboard mailing tubes via USPS, with a choice at checkout of either Ground Advantage or Priority. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number for your package, and your order should typically arrive within 3-5 days. Please note: your package may not be trackable for the first 24 hours. We are not responsible for shipping delays out of our control.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your order, we will accept a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email thefolks@hoistandhalyard.com to initiate your return or exchange. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll get back to you asap with next steps. If you are making an exchange, please specify the item you want in return. 

If you received your items in a damaged condition, please provide a photo of the damage in your email. 

For all returns and exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received and processed your return, we will initiate either the refund or your exchange.

Be sure to pack items properly before returning. We do not give refunds or allow exchanges for items that have been damaged en route to our address. 

Custom orders are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
